In 1975 R H Irving Construction was established in Carlisle as a small independent groundworks firm. One of our first contracts was helping to complete the new Manchester Airport development. Our core speciality has always been civil engineering & groundworks and we remain a trusted contractor and subcontractor on leading independent housebuilding and public sector projects.
