Complete new-build including external works, to incorporate a three-storey, reinforced concrete building, including a monitored central vault to contain valuable city records dating back to the 14th century.  

 

We were principal contractors on this 18 acre site. It was a complete new-build including all M&E (mechanical & electrical), steelworks, access roads, parking and basements, drainage and landscaping.  We have also undertaken similar works on similar garden centres in North Yorkshire and Lancashire.
