R H Irving Construction Ltd have recently appointed Jane Brownlee as Director of Resources and Development.
This is a newly-created position and Jane’s role will be to oversee workforce resources and liaise between existing departments to ensure smooth running of internal communications and operations.
Jane said: “While continuing to consolidate our position as one of the region’s leading civil engineering contractors, R H Irving Construction Ltd must look to the future. Working alongside the existing teams, I see my role as further developing our core business while increasing our scope within the sector. It’s an exciting opportunity and I look forward to playing a part in the continued growth of the business.”
Jane, who lives in Irthington, previously worked in facilities management at the Wellcome Trust’s Hinxton Hall Campus in Cambridgeshire, during its ground-breaking research on the Human Genome Project.
She has been with R H Irving Construction Ltd for 20 years as Contracts Manager and in that time has accumulated a wealth of experience in all aspects of the Company’s operations. We welcome Jane to the Board of Directors and wish her success in her new role within the Company.
